안녕하세요, 디에이치코스메틱에 허 준 회 팀장이라고 합니다.
현재 페슬로라는 화장품브랜드를 운영중이고, 스킨케어를 취급하고 있습니다.
이번 상반기에 미국 홈쇼핑에 진출하게 되었는데, 제품 생산 및 선적 진행하면서 아래 내용의 테스트 검사를 요청 받았습니다.
1. Elevated Temperature Stability / 높은 온도에서의 안정성 테스트
The general procedure includes exposure to 1150F temperatures for 72 hours followed by examination of the product.
After 72 hours the product is compared to samples that have not undergone elevated temperature testing and examined for any physical, chemical or microbiological changes. Additionally, if container breakage occurs, head spacing or product formulation should be modified and the test repeated.
2. Freeze Thaw Temperature Stability / 동결 융해 온도 안정성 테스트
The general procedure includes exposure to -10 to -150F temperatures for twelve hours followed by a twelve-hour thawing period at ambient temperature. This cycling should be repeated two more times for a total of three cycles.
After the third cycle is complete, the product is compared to samples that have not undergone freeze/thaw testing and examined for any chemical or physical changes
