제목(영문) : Draft Commission Regulation amending and correcting Annex II and amending Annexes III, IV and VI to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products (11 page(s), in English)
주요 내용 : The draft measure is required to enact the prohibition to use as cosmetic ingredients substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction (CMR) by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/217, which has been adopted based on the CLP Regulation and will apply from 1 October 2021. The adoption of this draft Regulation is, therefore, needed to reflect in the Cosmetics Regulation the new CMRs classification provided by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/217, in order to ensure legal certainty and a high level of protection of human health.
Proposed date of adoption: 2nd quarter 2021
